And while fly-half Nick Plunkett was organised in leading his side on the attack, as well as remaining poised in defence, CSU coach David Conyers said his finishers were the highlight.
"I think the feature of the game was our bench," he said.
"We had a really strong bench and brought guys on at strategic times, getting some real impact.
"That was something we haven't really had all year, until last week at Mudgee. The first couple of rounds, we weren't getting those explosive impacts from the guys that were playing about 75 minutes and getting run down a bit in the last 10 to 15 minutes.
"This time, our bench was really effective against Dubbo."
CSU had seven different try scorers at University Oval, with Plunkett crossing for two five-pointers, with Aden Macdougall and Harry Hunt bagging a double as well.
Sean Pianca, Kam Norris, Matt Brouff and Alex Bennett all went over the line for tries as well.
The big win came about even without the services of Regan Hughes and Nick Greenberg, who were both absent from CSU's line-up.
Overall, Conyers described Saturday as a fantastic result for the club, with both second grade and women's both winning, meaning CSU has claimed a win in all three grades for the third consecutive week.
"There's a real great feel at the club, especially after putting three clean sweeps together in a row," he said.
"That's unheard of at the university."
The win keeps CSU in first point, just one point ahead of Narromine.
