The 26-year-old woman from Dalton Street was driving a blue Toyota utility east on the Great Western Highway just after 9.30am on April 5 when police pulled her over.
When officers reached the vehicle, they saw Brink with one leg on the front seat and one leg in the back and the driver's seat had been reclined.
Brink admitted she did not have a licence and was driving because her friends could not drive a manual.
Mr Van Zuylen pointed out it was the second time she had been caught driving while disqualified.
"Keep driving and you'll simply drive yourself to jail," he said.
