Cudal product Archie Hall is no stranger to landing at Orange for Eastern Suburbs' annual Beach to Bush Regional Round but this Saturday's edition against the Gordon Highlanders will be a tough different to the last two years for the bullocking tighthead prop.

For Hall, who plied his trade for the Molong Magpies, Orange City Lions and Kinross in his younger years, this year's edition marks the first time he's been firmly entrenched in the Beasties' Intrust Super Shute Shield side leading into the homecoming.
"I've been injured the last couple of years. Last year was a write-off for me because I was hurt and the year before I [was named on the bench] after an injury as well, so being right in it this year it's really exciting," Hall said, he'll pack down in Easts' front row alongside Callum King and Lindsey Stevens.
I've still got a lot of family and friends out that way in the Central West and they'll all be there on the weekend ... it'll be a really good day.

"I'm from just out of Orange at Cudal and I spent some time with Molong, played a bit with Orange City and with Kinross when I was growing up before I went to boarding school, so I've still got a lot of family and friends out that way in the Central West and they'll all be there on the weekend.
"It'll be good to get out there in front of them (on home turf)."
The 23-year-old is one of a handful of Orange products in the Beasties' top flight side this weekend, with Orange City juniors Jack Grant and Dan Donato named at halfback and fullback respectively.
Former Kinross star Ned Yeomans will line up at inside centre in Easts' second XV too, they'll also take on the Highlanders in one of the curtain-raising games at Wade Park.
"It's great we're coming out again all the boys are always really excited to come back out and play in Orange and catch up with everyone, it'll be a really good day," Hall, 23, said, his side's round nine clash is followed by the all-Orange Blowes Clothing Cup local derby.
With Gordon resurgent in 2019 Hall said there's no doubt Saturday's clash will be a tough one, but after a sporadic start to the season his Beasties have found form in the last month or so, winning their last three on the trot.
"Hopefully we can make that four," he said.
"Obviously Gordon are showing a lot more than they have (in previous years), Darren Coleman is a good coach and he's got them going well. They'll be underdogs I guess but they've got a really good side on paper and they beat (reigning premiers) Sydney University a few weeks ago.
"It'll be a good match-up I think, they're strong through the pack and will be solid there so we'll have to wear them out through the middle, that'll be the way to go, and earning the right to go wide.
"Our scrum will have to be very good to set a good platform for our backs and our structural play but I've got a lot of confidence in the boys there."
Saturday's Intrust Super Shute Shield blockbuster kicks off at 3.10pm at Wade Park. The two clubs' women's sides face-off at Kinross Main Oval from 10.45am, with second grade kicking off at 1pm at Wade Park.
