Workers began removing scaffolding from the front of the building on Monday morning.
They revealed a multi-coloured frontage with grey, orange and dark cream walls around the balconies of units which will front Kite Street.
Work is on schedule at the site for an opening around September.
There will be 77 rooms in the serviced apartment complex.
Earlier this month Amy van de Ven was named as the franchisee of the complex.
Ms van de Ven has partnered with Quest Wodonga's Tash Callewaert and Quest Nowra's James Blanchett to manage the accommodation.
It will be targeted at corporate clients and weekend travellers.
Ms van de Ven said the build and fit-out were already accounted for and her first task would be recruiting reception and cleaning staff.
"We'll probably have an opening team of 15-20," she said.
