The no-nonsense forward was placed on report for a high shot on Orange CYMS' rake Ryan Griffin at Wade Park last week.
Griffin had to leave the field but later returned to score the try that sealed the green and golds' 22-14 victory over the Magpies.
Naden was charged with a moderate high tackle and Cowra unsuccessfully attempted to have that severity of the charge downgraded.

Naden, a late pick-up for the Magpies from battling Group 11 club Westside, will miss Sunday's trip to Oberon to face an in-form Tigers as well as the club's round eight clash with Bathurst Panthers at Sid Kallas Oval, the first grand final rematch of the year.
Cowra is already without Ben Gunn (calf) and Lee McClintock (ribs), both nursing injuries picked up out of Sunday's loss to CYMS
Mudgee's Nathan Orr will also sit out round seven with suspension, the Dragons outside back copping a one week ban for a dangerous throw against Panthers in round five.
Mudgee had the bye last round so Orr will serve his suspension during this week's trip to tackle St Pat's.
