I can't speak for the women's cubicle doors for obvious reasons, but it seems that small boys turn on the shower, lock the cubicle door and then crawl out from under the door, to leave precious, hot water running to waste.

That stupid and pathetic behaviour is bad enough, but what really concerns me relates to occupational health and safety.

What happens if someone collapses in the shower, and the door is firmly locked and unable to be opened?

May I suggest fitting magnetic catches, rather than locks? Over to you, Orange City Council.
