The life-style bloggers and travel ambassadors visited wineries, cafes, restaurants and shops as part of a tourism pitch to increase Chinese visitation to the region.
The group checked in at several spots around town, which included Orange Mountain Wines, Sister's Rock Restaurant, Charred Kitchen and Bar, Angus Barrett and The Sonic.
They also visited the Old Errowanbang Woolshed and tried an Indigenous Cultural Adventures bush tucka barbecue.
The tour was part of an Orange Flying High Project which has been coordinated by Orange360, in collaboration with Silver Compass Tours.
The project has identified Chinese expats based in Sydney as a primary target market to raise the tourism profile of the region.
The Orange Flying High Project's aim is for these Chinese expats to then recommend Orange to their friends and family when they visit from mainland China.
Silver Compass Tours CEO Kelly Picarazzi designed the three day itinerary and hosted the group over the three days, along with a Mandarin-speaking guide from Sydney, Brighton Liu.
Mrs Picarazzi said the itinerary was designed to provide an in-depth overview of the region's food, wine, vineyards, farms, orchards, historic villages, cultural heritage and iconic countryside.
"This was the first time most of the group had ever been to the Orange wine region, and they were blown away by the experience," she said.
"They were incredibly enthusiastic about finding out more about our cool-climate wines and they loved exploring our vineyards, cellar doors and historic villages."
Mrs Picarazzi said the group found the Orange region wines favourable to the more robust styles of Australian wine they had previously been more familiar with.
"The elegant, European style of our cool-climate wines combined with our impressive local fine-dining was a stand-out for the group," she said.
Mrs Picarazzi said the visitors had began planning trips with their families.
