About 30 years ago when her father, Greg Toner, bought a former restaurant in Sale Street, she lived there for about four years.
And now she is part of the real estate team aiming to sell the building at auction this Saturday at noon.
The property at 14 Sale Street is expected to fetch about $1-2 million when it goes under the hammer.

Just a few doors away another large property at 4 Sale Street, is also up for sale.
Its target price of $2.2-2.3 million, would set a new record for the CBD. However Mena at 50 Kite Street is also on the market at the moment and it is tipped to fetch $2.4 million.
Mrs Toner-Wasil, who works for One Agency Orange real estate, said she had some great memories of living in the centre of town.
"I lived in it when I was in my first year of high school. My sister Belinda went to Orange Public School. She walked across the road to go to school," she said.
"It was a really good place to live. I remember it snowed one night. We had a snowball fight in the Woolworths car park at night because no one else was about."
As it was the former Tradition restaurant she said there were about 10 toilets throughout the building.
"We lived upstairs and my dad's real estate [business] Nationwide Realty was downstairs," she said.

Mrs Toner-Wasil said the property, which is now a commercial business with offices, still had a backyard back then.
With all of the offices it is listed as having 13 bedrooms, two bathrooms and 12 parking spaces.
One Agency Orange licensee Ash Brown said the property's zoning meant it could stay as offices or be converted into a residential property.
"We've had one client look at that, toying with the idea of doing that," he said.
Mr Brown said the other Sale Street property, number four, was comparable to Mena in its history, condition and the extent of upgrading the owners have completed.
"It certainly is in same price range, same grandeur," he said.
Mr Brown said 4 Sale Street was built in 1890. It has seven bedrooms and five bathrooms. It last sold for $720,000 in 2004.
Mr Brown, who is also handling the sale of Mena, said there had been a lot of interest but no offers.
