Mayor Reg Kidd will lead attendees on a history lesson through the halls of the guest house, which was once the home of Orange's iconic family, the Daltons.
Duntryleague manager Dennis Schultz said visitors will hear about how the building came to house a gift from The Vatican and the "comings and goings of different people and their plights."
He said Mr Kidd will explain how the house has transformed from a mansion which included servants quarters when it was opened in 1876, through to its ownership under the Catholic Church, to the accommodation facility it is today.
The tours of the Duntryleague Mansion and Guest House will take place from 11:30am on Sunday.
Tours are complimentary however a folded note donation towards restoration and preservation of the mansion will be appreciated.
