Kinross Wolaroi School graduates Cody Seton, James Sheahan Catholic High School's Claudia Kay, as well as Orange High School graduate, Jessica Cashen, received between $10,000-$15,000 each, which will go towards their tuition or accomodation.
Miss Cashen is in the first year of an event management degree, having graduated from Orange High School last year.
She was required to submit an application, including her most recent academic transcripts, a written essay addressing specific criteria and an array of supporting documents including evidence of past and present leadership roles, community contributions, certificates and high school achievements.
There was then a series of interviews with the college's senior management before she was among the 70 scholars chosen.
Miss Cashen said with the prospect of a $60,000 debt looming at the end of her degree, the scholarship will take the pressure off.
"It takes off a little more stress," she said.
Fellow event management student, Miss Seton lives at the campus at Manly and also chose to put her scholarship towards her tuition.
She said she's "extremely grateful" for the scholarship which will allow her to continue her studies at the college, which she chose for the practical industry learning that comes with nine months of placement.
"It takes a lot of stress off my family," she said.
