Jarryd Tyack (knee), Joseph Ualesi (knee), Chris Grevsmuhl (elbow) and Cam Jones (foot) all came from the field in last week's four-point win, while Steve Morris courageously stayed on in the dying stages despite a 'broken shoulder', in a performance of Cooper Cronk proportions.
While Jones has been cleared to play at Wade Park on Sunday afternoon the other four will all be sidelined, forcing Maley to bring the club's depth to the fore as his goes in search of their third win, and their first at home.
We won't be using injuries as an excuse, we're still going into Sunday wanting to win.
- CYMS player-coach Dom Maley
"We were licking our lips at half-time, we were up 12-6 and we'd only used one interchange, but we finished the game with no one left on the bench who wasn't hurt," Maley said.
"Sadly Jarryd's done his ACL so he will be out long-term but hopefully Joseph and Grevs' injuries aren't that bad and these guys will start trickling back in over the next few weeks.
"It's a test of depth, for sure and it's not ideal, but in a competition as close as this one injuries will happen. It's a shame a few have happened at once but we won't be using that as an excuse, we're still going into Sunday wanting to win."
Tyrell Charters comes into the centres while Maley returns on the three-quarter-line from a torn pec himself, saying "it's sweet, good to go", with Ben McAlpine shifting to five-eighth in Morris' place.
Kain Earsman comes into the second row to replace Gresvmuhl, while Rob Mortimer has also been lifted to the staritng side in Joe Duffy's place, the Western Rams juggernaut is away on holiday this weekend.
"Looking at what we've got it's still a quality side. We don't lose much, if anything, with Tyrell Charters coming in because he's been setting the world on fire in reserve grade," Maley said.
"Someone like Kain Earsman has always done the job for us too and there's still a lot of senior guys to lead us around.
"Guys like Benny McAlpine and Timmy Mortimer, they'll lead from the front, and then the younger of those senior players like Lachie Munro, Luke Petrie and Ryan Griffin, they'll do the same."
As per recent years Panthers' strength is through their middles, Maley said, but despite the fact mercurial captain-coach Doug Hewitt remains sidelined with a knee injury he said his side would be remiss to write off the Bathurst side's backline.

"The Seager boys (Brent, Jarrod and Blake) up front, their whole pack actually, is obviously their strength and we'll have to work pretty hard to shut them down but you can't afford to discount the rest of the side, there's a lot of strike-power out wide," Maley said.
"Someone like Willie Wright, he had a great year last year and has apparently been playing well again, their centres are strong, they're just a good side across the paddock.
