The public is invited to Cook Park from 8:30am to grab a cooked breakfast and meet the well-known cooks and producers who do the work to get it onto dinner plates.
Organiser Richard Dowling will have a selection of his Franklin Road Preserves pickles and relishes available for the tasting.
He said the brunch is about giving people the opportunity to enjoy the best of what the district produces.
"Come and taste the best of the local produce for brunch," he said.
The team from Trunkey Bacon and Pork will put on bacon and egg rolls and the Thorns Coffee mobile cart will keep the crowd caffeinated.
Orange Mountain Wines, Pioneer Brewing Co, Sweet Treats Connection and The Cheesecake Co will be among those set up for anyone who wants to indulge early.
A visit to the FOOD HQ tent will also offer the chance to take home the Producers' Hamper, with a raffle drawn at 11am.
For those worried about the bats roosting in the treat at Cook Park, Mr Dowling said they have found a spot where they shouldn't cause much of a problem.
Representatives from The Orange Fermentary, Greentrees Gourmet Preserves, Saltbird, Paling Yards Grove, Bodhi Garden, Fourjay Farms Hazelnuts, Twisted River Wines, Second Mouse Cheese Co, The Agrestic Grocer and The Beekeepers Inn will all be on hand to offer tastes and a chat.
The Producers' Market and Brunch runs until 12:30pm.
