Each rider is committed to raising at least $1000 as part of their involvement in the event.
Charity ride organiser Joanna Palazzetti said they would meet in Molong on Friday May 31.
The next day they will ride to Canowindra and stay overnight.
Cyclists will then pedal to Orange and Molong on Sunday, June 2.
Ms Palazzetti said local riders were encouraged to join in the ride to help raise awareness of the drought problem.
She said she would be speaking to Central West cafes and businesses to see how they can also get involved in the fundraising venture.
