Orange Local Court heard on Monday that a man who was found with nunchukkas under his bed was a Bruce Lee fan and didn't know it was a prohibited weapon in NSW.

The weapon was found in a box when police conducted a search warrant at a house in Barcelona Way at 9.42am on March 1.
Jesse James Young, 22, of Barcelona Way, was given a six-month conditional release order for possession of the weapon, which he said had been given to him by a family friend.
Young was also given a 12-month conditional release order for possession of 5.4 grams of magic mushrooms.
The hallucinogenic drug was found in a box on top of a kitchen cabinet.
According to police Young said the magic mushrooms belonged to him and he got them off a friend more than a year earlier and forgot about them.
