Matthew Wade notched a brilliant century for Tasmania but it wasn't enough to stop Western Australia posting a crucial Sheffield Shield win in Hobart.

The former Test wicketkeeper scored 134 as the Tigers were all out for 402 late on day four in pursuit of 454 for victory.
Wade gave the Tigers a sniff of an unlikely win with his second ton of the Shield season and provided national selectors with another reminder of his long-form credentials,
He was cautious early but picked up the pace on either side tea and smacked four sixes, including two into the second tier at Bellerive Oval.
"They way I held in and gave ourselves a chance to accelerate through that middle session - I was happy with," Wade said.
"I rate it highly in the hundreds that I've scored for sure."
Wade shared a 183-run stand with Ben McDermott (69) but it came undone after tea when he edged David Moody to second slip.
McDermott was caught behind not long afterwards to put a big dent in the Tigers' chances.
"We were still in it right until the end. If myself or McDermott could have batted a touch longer," Wade said.
"I disappointed that we couldn't get the runs but proud of the way we went about it."
The 51-run win means the third-placed Warriors remain in the hunt for a Shield final berth, after second-placed NSW lost to ladder leaders Victoria.
The Tigers, who equalled their biggest fourth-innings total, are out of contention in fifth.
They next host NSW, while the Warriors meet Queensland.
Tasmania resumed on Friday at 0-54, needing another 400 runs for victory.
Their day got off to the worst possible start, with openers Jordan Silk and Alex Doolan out inside the opening two overs without adding to their overnight scores of 20.
Joel Paris finished with 3-64, while skipper Mitch Marsh picked up 3-76, backing up his 3-21 from the first innings.
"It was a hell of a win. Really proud of the way we were able to play for all four days, and we picked up the rewards late," Marsh said.
Test skipper Tim Paine (47) was the last man out after being demoted behind Jackson Bird as the Tigers chased quick runs.
Tasmania were behind the eight-ball after scoring 197 in their first innings in reply to the Warriors' 367.
Sam Whiteman was pick of the WA batsman with 55 and 93.
