Daryl Kennewell’s men had enjoyed a strong run of form, but the Bluebaggers were in familiar territory bowled out for just 94.
Parkes set the visitors 211 to win after Matt Smith and Zach Bayliss half-centuries had the hosts 1-121 with 20 overs remaining.
However, Orange was able to take 4-35 in the next stint before Brett Tucker came in and hit a quickfire 35 to see the score past 200.
It proved too much for the Bluebaggers as they fell from 1-41 to be all-out 117 runs in arrears of the target, losing 6-27 as the middle order fell apart.
Jack Dodds top-scored with 29 and put on 35 with Matt Corben (18) but the Orange scorecard didn’t look in good shape as all five Parkes bowlers took two wickets, with Tucker taking 2-6 off 10.
Skipper Kennewell tried to put on a rear-guard action with the tail, but his 12 runs weren’t able to make a dent in the target.
Kinross product Gus Cumming was the pick of the Orange bowlers, sending down nine overs to end up with figures of 3-35.
Orange’s final game is against Bathurst – who nearly managed to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory against Cowra on Sunday – on February 3 at Wade Park.
Meanwhile, the top two sides will face off in the grand final on February 17, with locations to be determined by who finishes on top of the ladder.
