When nominations were announced on Wednesday for next Tuesday’s meeting the pair had 10 nominations between them for the seven-race card.
Smith has nominated Eyesaw in race one over 1000 metres and race three over 1280 metres.
She also has Saahirah entered for the maiden handicap race six over 1000 metres and Audio Bay for the last race, a maiden plate over 1400 metres.
Plummer has also nominated Fine Hero in the first race and Stately Boy in the race four handicap over 1400 metres.
He has two nominations for race five, a Class 1 handicap over 1280 metres, with Bush Rambler and In Too Deep in the field.
Plummer also has nominated Pujols in the last race of the day.
Former Orange trainer Gary Portelli has one nomination, All Too Good, in race six.
A total of 98 horses have been entered across the day.
The most popular race is the last with 20 nominations followed by race five with 17 horses entered.
It will be the first meeting of the new year and the last gallops meeting before the trots return to the venue.
Orange will host two harness racing meetings on Sunday February 3 and the Carnival of Cups meeting on Sunday February 10.
The gallops return with the Banjo Paterson Cup Day on Saturday February 16, followed by Legends Day on Sunday March 24.
