Owner of Earth Spirit on Anson Street, Sarah Gregory has a solution for the start of the week.
On both Monday and Tuesday children and adults are invited to take part in Tie Dye Funshops at her store.
There are several one hour sessions throughout both days.
“It’s very easy and you can use the colours you’re drawn to for creating the pattern you like,” she said.
“Kids seem to like it because it’s nice and bright.”
Adults are also invited to take part and bring a bit more colour into their wardrobe, with the help of workshop facilitator Jo Durand.
The cost of the class is $10 for children under 15 years old and $15 for everyone else.
Participants are asked to bring their own item to dye.
