The traditional market will again include restaurants, cafes, wineries, hospitality companies and caterers from across the Orange and Cabonne areas setting up stalls.
Once again the market will also be the first event of the Orange FOOD Week calendar.
Many of the stalls will be the same as last year when more than 6500 people attended the event.
However, although the structure of the event will be the same menus will be different and for the first time there will be no plastic.
The weather is set to play into the hands of organisers, with no rain predicted for the lead-up to the event or during the market itself, and Friday is expected to be mid to high 20s.
The FOOD Week night market begins at 5.30pm and runs until 8.30pm.
