Dylan Gallagher, Stanley Rush, Michael Coady and Jayden Williams all received the nod by Group 10 selectors following trial matches in Sydney earlier this year.
Now, in preparation for the upcoming representative season, the four boys will join the squad at Bathurst once a week for four weeks during April before a trial against Group 11 in May.
During July, the squad will travel to Griffith for the representative cluster where teams converge from Groups across country NSW.
Group 10 coach Peter Morris, who is based in Lithgow, was impressed with the Cowra juniors.
“They did really well, I expect Cowra to go well this year,” Morris said.
“Mick Coady was probably the stand out for one of the teams at the trials.
“Stanley Rush performed well at prop. Dylan looks to be a really good defensive centre and Jayden showed a lot of class and can play at either wing or fullback.”
The trials included two teams of 17 players before being reduced to a squad of 20.
