Justin Farr, 24, of Molloy Drive, was reportedly drug affected when he damaged the properties in Park Street on September 3 last year.
When emergency services arrived he opened the front door of an ambulance before becoming aggressive towards police and thrashed his body around to avoid being handcuffed.
For each of the property damage offences, Farr was fined $330 and was given a nine-month good-behaviour bond. He was also fined $770 and was given a two year good-behaviour bond for resisting police.
He had taken ecstasy to deal with grief at the time of the offences.
