There was some epic water polo on show in the Water Polo NSW Under-14 Boys’ Championship at Orange Aquatic Centre last week, the five-day tournament came to an end on Friday.

Sydney University Lions claimed the A Division title with a magnificent 5-2 victory over the previously undefeated Cronulla Sharks Blue in the decider, on the back of Xander Mercer’s hat-trick, while UNSW Wests Magpies claimed the bronze medal.
In Division B SNB Breakers claimed the cup, defeating Hunter 8-4 in the decider.
The Tournament 7 was named as well: GK - Patrick Moro (Cronulla), CB - Aidan Principe (Sydney Uni), CF - Maxwell Churchyard (Cronulla) , RHD - Harrison Miller (Sydney Uni), RHD - Angus Blanchard (Canberra Dolphins), LHD - Koby Gilchrist (UNSW Wests), LHD - Spencer Burdack (Hunter).
