Mr Swiatkiwsky has just opened his first shop, the Omar by Academy coffee shop in Woodward Street a shopping strip better known for kebabs and butchers.
I just want to be a little different, he said.
Weve got oodles of parking.
The coffee shop, offering a range of quality beans and flavours, has a coffee window where he expects many customers will be pulling up to on their way to work and school in the morning.
We want to really push that morning crowd, he said.
The store will be open from 7am-2pm Tuesday-Saturday.
I love coffee, he said.
It is always changing. Its like wine, its cool what they are doing with it.
Its going to be amazing.

Mr Swiatkiwsky said they were roasting their own beans and was looking to run cupping classes and teaching other coffee appreciation skills.
Apart from selling coffee they will also be offering hungry customers a range of teas plus bagels to eat.
He said he was keen to take the plunge and open his own business.
If I dont do it, Ill be unhappy with myself, he said.
RAISING FUNDS
Orange builder Mark Stoffels has raised $3160 for the Movember Foundation to help address prostate and testicular cancer and mental health issues among men.
The contribution, raised through the local community, was part of $50,000 raised by G.J. Gardner Homes across its range of franchisees nationally.
Our staff came together to raise important funds and so did their families, friends and the local communites where we are based, he said.
NEW HEAD CHEF
La Porchetta has appointed a new head chef.
Mark Tracey, the creator of Union Bank Cafe and Vertigo Lounge, has turned his talents to cooking steaks, chicken and fish dishes, pizzas and creating desserts for the Peisley Street Italian eatery.
After admitting to making a tough start the restaurant now offers eat-in, pick up and home delivery daily.
