The PCYC workshops were the main event from Monday to Wednesday as part of Sustainable Living Week, which is run annually by the Rotary Club of Orange.
The PCYC activities included a series of science workshops for school students and their teachers with an emphasis on weather, climate and science technique.
It was run by the CSIRO Science Education team and was tailored to suit various age groups.
Along with the student based activities, other events such as building information sessions aimed at adults were also held to raise awareness and educate people about simple ways of saving energy and water, and reducing waste.
