While Findlay has been considered one of, if not the, best umpire in Orange for some time, King comes back to the colour city after spending most of this season in charge of Sydney second grade games.
“Chris brings that extra level of experience after umpiring in Sydney for so long, he’s been doing that high level of cricket for some time,” Orange Umpires Association appointments coordinator Steve Warrington, who will umpire the second grade decider, said.

“It’s great to have him back, all reports are he did a great job in last weekend’s preliminary final and he also helps us avoid any potential conflicts.”
This weekend’s decider starts at 1pm on Saturday and resumes at 10am on Sunday.
