Ben Allen of StatePlus, Ben Fairfax of Pinnacle Physiotherapy, Theppo Brown the dancing brick-layer and Floyd Cush of Prime7 had women in the Coral Sea Room of the Orange Ex-Services Club in fits of squeals as the men wiggled their groove things to a Backstreet Boys medley.
Cancer Council community relations coordinator Bree Kelly said the room was alive as the boys put their best feet forward.
"Before the performance the stars were nervous, they had sore feet, sore knees but on the night the camaraderie between them was just amazing," she said.
"They were all on fire."
The annual event is in its second year and based on Friday night's success, with a capacity crowd of 480 people, it will be around for years to come.
The dancers raised about $47,000 at the close of the performance and Ms Kelly said there was still $3,000 to go before the target was reached.

But with a week to go before deadline there was still time to throw in some monetary support and Ms Kelly was confident the community would reach $50,000.
Megan Foster of Megan Claire Floral Designs was awarded highly commended for her tap dance performance while the highest fundraiser went to Maree Schaefer of Integra Health and Fitness Club who threw together $3,285 before her performance.
And the people's choice award, which was judged on cash donations on the night, went to Scott Mileto of Washington & Co.
Ms Kelly said the team at the Cancer Council were grateful to the stars for their "huge efforts", the dance schools who had worked on routines for months and the panel of four judges and MCs who ensured the crowd were wildly entertained.
"The second year has proved the community is so keen to get involved in a cause so close to so many," Ms Kelly said.
