Ms Bastick is confident her hands-on experience in the business has equipped her to take over and ensure the business continues to meet the needs of existing and new customers.
This includes offering a delicious selection of fresh dine-in and takeaway foods, as well as an option to open for brunch on weekends.
“We will still be opening at 7am each day and closing at 4pm,” she said.
“But what I am looking at is planning ahead for extended opening hours,” she said.
Catering to the needs of Orange’s popular coffee culture, Ms Bastick says she will be exploring the selection of coffee brands on the market to potentially offer more choice at Coco’s.
