Cloey Lee Marie McKellar had an extensive criminal history as well as previous driving offences including drink-driving when she appeared in Orange Local Court on Thursday.
Police facts said officers witnessed the Attunga Place resident do the burnout in Adelaide Street which caused the wheels of her car to lose traction.
Officers followed the car, pulled the car over and breath-tested her.
She recorded a blood-alcohol reading of 0.163, just over three times the legal limit.
Her solicitor Bob Lulham said his client was more aware of the effects of alcohol after she completed a driver’s education course.
He said the high-range reading was at the lower end of the scale and that she had pleaded guilty at an early stage.
“She recognises the seriousness of the charge,” he said.
McKellar was charged with drink-driving and with operating a vehicle so the wheels lose traction.
Mr Lulham asked magistrate Terry Lucas to consider the minimum period of disqualification for his client because she had four children under the age of seven in her care.
Mr Lucas fined her $400 for the burnout and suspended her from driving for two years.
