THE City of Orange Swim Club is going from strength-to-strength, cleaning up at the Jets carnival in Orange.

The club had 26 swimmers participate in 226 individual events and eight relays at the Orange Aquatic Centre event, earning a whopping 73 personal best times and 51 medals, equating to more than one top three finish for every five races.
Every swimmer should be commended for their outstanding efforts at this carnival.
Special mention goes to the following swimmers, who shone throughout the event.
In her first swim with the COOSC, Courtney Chapman entered nine individual races and medalled in each race, including five gold.
Swimming in 12 individual events, Olivia Goodlock won eight medals, including two gold, while Bradyn Nicol swam in eight individual races and nabbed five medals.
In other COOSC news, the club has 88 registered swimmers in term two with numbers rising.
The club’s recent annual general meeting proved a success, with a number of new members on our committee - exciting for the future, lots of experience
The club’s quickly earning a reputation as a family friendly club, with a focus on happy children with great swimming skills.
