A 20-year-old Orange man was hospitalised after being slashed across the face in the early hours of Sunday morning.

A 23-year-old man was also left with puncture wounds to his shoulder following an altercation in Glenroi involving up to 10 people.
The group had dispersed when police arrived at the scene at 3.45am.
Two men, aged 20 and 23, became involved in an argument with a 24-year-old man near the intersection of Kurim Avenue and Currong Crescent.
The 24-year-old man allegedly armed himself with a knife during the confrontation and punched the 20-year-old man in the face while holding the weapon.
The armed man also allegedly stabbed the 23-year-old man in the shoulder during the argument before fleeing the scene.
Officers have since spoken with several people believed to be involved, Canobolas Local Area Command Inspector Dave Harvey said.
“When police were called to the location the 20-year-old male was on the ground and a crime scene was established,” Inspector Harvey said.
“We believe some of the people know each other.”
The 24-year-old man was arrested and charged with reckless wounding and two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
He was refused bail to appear before Orange Local Court on Monday.
An Orange Health Service spokeswoman said the 20-year-old male was released from hospital on Sunday.
