Kelly Gerken, 24, is charged with being an accessory after the fact over the robbery in which Adrian Bunn and Joshua Cooper allegedly threatened a golf club employee and demanded he handed over cash totalling more than $16,000 just after 7.30pm on April 7 when the club was closing
Gerken is also facing the charge of hindering the investigation of a serious indictable offence with police alleging she hindered police while they were trying to arrest Cooper on the morning of May 28 this year between the hours of 7am and 11.45am
Gerken’s bail was varied so instead of reporting to Orange police station she has to report to Kawana Waters station on the Sunshine Coast while she is away from Orange.
Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) lawyer Michael Fahy told the court the DPP had no objection to the variation in bail for the accused.
Bunn and Cooper both remain in custody while the prosecution and defence finalise the brief for the court case to proceed.
In court on Thursday solicitor for Cooper, Philip Boncardo indicated he would subpoena the criminal history of crown witnesses in the case.
Solicitor Michael Madden is representing his co-accused Adrian Bunn who was the first person to be arrested by police over the robbery.
Gerken, Bunn and Cooper have all been relisted to reappear in Orange Local Court at the end of the month.
Bunn and Cooper are both charged with robbery while armed with a dangerous weapon.
Magistrate Lucas refused bail for Bunn and Cooper who will appear via audio visual link.
