A number of local companies rallied to a call for support by Wangarang after it lost a major contract with Electrolux earlier this year.
"We wish to acknowledge and thank those who have supported us in helping to overcome the current work shortage," Wangarang CEO Marc Bonney said.
"But there is an ongoing need for more people to do the same in order to secure the future employment of all of our staff."
The Department of Housing, Orange City Council, Orange Base Hospital, Tyre Shield, the Crossing family, Charles Sturt University and Electrolux have all elected to utilise the variety of services available through Wangarang Industries.
Mr Bonney said despite losing the refrigeration assembly contract from Electrolux, Wangarang still contracts a garden maintenance crew to the company.
"We do receive ongoing work from Electrolux which remains very important to our organisation," he said.
But Wangarang is keen to highlight its variety of other services to companies who may not have considered them before.
Mr Bonney said Wangarang's cleaning company and its mailing and packaging division have enormous potential for growth opportunity.
"For any business in the market for mailing or packaging work, I urge them to contact me," Mr Bonney said. "We can provide a competitive and cost effective quote."
Director of Winiam Investments Jonathon Slottje said his Tyre Shield company had experienced outstanding success as a direct result of the packaging performed by Wangarang employees.
"It's been a tremendous move bringing my product here because it frees me up to concentrate on other aspects of my business," he said.
"Because of the quality control in place here it gives me peace of mind to know the work is being done properly."
