The Dwyer family brought their newly-refurbished Food Made Fresh caravan along for their second time, serving healthy breakfasts.
“We were born and raised in Orange and we’ve been to the market lots of times as customers,” Caitlin Dwyer said.
“We use a lot of fresh produce at home and have always loved making our own acai bowls and fresh juices.”
The family were serving market-goers acai bowls, yoghurt with muesli and fruit cups, and juices, using as much fresh local produce as possible.
“We source most of our fresh fruit from other stallholders here at the markets, as well as locally-made muesli,” Miss Dwyer said.
The Dwyers were kept on their toes feeding the crowds, as were the many other market stall owners dishing out delicious goods.
