The adult desexed male cat is a domestic short hair mixed breed cat with tabby markings.
He was very frightened when he arrived at the RSPCA shelter in William Street, but he has very quickly settled in.
He is now a loving, smoochy boy with his carers.
Roger will need to be an inside cat for his first few months in his new home.
He will need access to a litter tray, food, water and a hidey-hole to escape to when he has had enough of being around people and wants to get away.
Roger has had vet work and worming done and is ready to leave the shelter.
His usual adoption fee is $120 but as part of the Clear the Shelters campaign his adoption price has been reduced to $29.
The cheap RSPCA adoption price will continue until Sunday, February 25.
