Therese Ann Cook, 58, her brother Paul Christopher Cook, 52, her daughter Yyani Cook-Williams, 29, and Clarissa Meredith, 23, are among seven people collectively facing 127 charges including kidnapping, aggravated sexual assault of a child and making child abuse material.
A lawyer representing the four, who are linked to a performing arts school west of Sydney, told Penrith Local Court there'd been false media reports that there was video evidence of alleged incidents.
But Bryan Wrench on Friday said that one of his clients had video to show nothing happened.
"On face value, there appears to be no medical evidence to corroborate these claims, no DNA evidence," Mr Wrench said.
He asked that an expected bail hearing be delayed so he could subpoena police for their evidence first "to show that none of this occurred".
Their matter is next scheduled for April 6, when the four are expected to appear via video link.
