George Wright’s Cyclone Andy hasn’t raced at Towac Park before Saturday’s crack at the 'Give Me 5 for Kids’ Orange Picnic Trophy, but the nine-year-old veteran is sure to wreak havoc.

Wright is a regular Orange’s non-TAB picnic meeting, but didn’t have a runner in last year’s 1300m main race, won by Rory McCabe’s I’m Away.

Cyclone Andy will start the red-hot favourite having run a promising third in the Gilgandra Town Plate last Sunday.

Steve Beatie’s Spinning Dawn looks the next best of a small picnic fields, with acceptances for the $4000 Trophy Handicap and the other five races to be taken on Thursday morning.

Gates open at 12pm, with tickets for the annual race meeting $15.
