What are your hobbies? I like to visit ethnic countries to find treasures for the shop.
What did you want to be when you were little? Exactly what I’ve got to do. Travel the world and look after camels. I’m the camel lady too. We own 11 camels out at Spring Terrace. We’ve been there for eight years.
Where do your work now and how long have you been there? I’ve been here at Nyasa at Cinnabar for three years.

What is your job description? Retail, serving people, making coffee, chatting to people.
What other jobs have you done? I rep for a couple of plant companies that sell plants to Bunnings. It helps keen me sane.

Why did you choose this job? I got into the shop to help Deborah Upjohn out when she ran the shop. She left and I stayed.
What is the best thing about your job? Probably the amazing people that I meet in here.
What is the worst thing about your job? I don’t know there is anything.
Where do you see yourself in five years? Running this place and the Spring Terrace camel farm.
What advice would you give someone interested in this job as a career? Run like the wind. I think retail has gone to the pack.
