Adam Moorby, 28, is wanted on six conviction warrants for stealing and traffic matters.
Mr Moorby is believed to frequent the Orange, Dubbo and Blayney areas.
He is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 160cm to 165cm tall, weighing about 60 to 70 kilograms, being of a medium build and with blonde/ginger hair.
He has a tattoo on his chest ‘It is what it is’ and ‘Moorby’ tattooed on his right arm.
Police are also appealing for information into the whereabouts of 48-year-old Jason Hassall, who is wanted on an arrest warrant.
Mr Hassall was last seen on Forest Road about 1:30am on Thursday and may have hitchhiked or accessed public transport out of the Orange area.
He is described as being Caucasian appearance, about 170cm to 175cm tall, weighing about 115 to 120 kilograms, of large build with blonde hair.
Anyone who sees Mr Moorby or Mr Hassall or knows of their current whereabouts is urged not to approach them, but contact triple zero immediately.
