A middle-aged man has been taken to Orange hospital following an accident on Cadia Road.
A car and a motorbike were involved in an accident around 3.40pm on Friday.
Paramedics and police were called to the scene near Four Mile Creek Road.
The motorbike rider was aged between his 40s and 50s and was left with a fractured leg.
NSW Ambulance paramedics was treated the man on the scene before transporting him to Orange hospital.
Police closed the road in both directions following the accident.
