Before listening to these agents prospective real estate buyers should look at what east Orange has to offer.
It is adjacent to the CBD, has a post office, features five primary schools and two secondary schools, has the only indoor sports centre in Orange, is the centre of basketball in the city, has the skate park, BMX track and other sports grounds.
There are two gymnasiums and many variable businesses, coffee shops, restaurants and the only cinema in Orange.
These are all fully established and not could be built.
And no matter where you choose to live you will probably finish up in east Orange at the cemetery
