Former Kinross skipper Ben McCalman continues his return to Super Rugby this weekend when his Western Force side takes on the high-flying Waikato Chiefs.

McCalman made his first appearance this season in the Force’s thrilling 46-41 victory over the Southern Kings on April, coming off the bench after recovering from his badly injured thumb.

He scored a try in the West Australian side’s victory, picking up one of 12 five-pointers scored in the game, crossing late in the fixture to help seal the win for the Force.

The Force’s skipper, McCalman is expected to come back into the starting XV against the Chiefs on Saturday.
