Marketing manager Georji Redfern said about 8500 people went through the gates on Sunday, which was about the average for an April market.
“We’re very happy with the amount of people who walked through the door and thank them for their support,” she said.
The markets had been limited to 150 stalls while Redmond Oval was upgraded.
“We were grateful to use the facility, which looks wonderful,” Ms Redfern said.
“[250-60 stallholders] gives lots of space to sit and enjoy lunch or a coffee.”
Proceeds will be put towards resources for Millthorpe Public School.
