Attorney-General Mark Speakman and parliamentary secretary for Justice David Clarke said while the Supreme Court travelled to country areas, this is the first time the state’s highest court has come to the Central West.
Acting chief justice Margaret Beazley AO, Justice Julie Ward and Justice Fabian Gleeson will preside over the one-day hearing.
Mr Clarke will address the gathering prior to the hearing.
