Police said a 12-year-old-boy was charged at Orange Police station on Monday with three offences.
He has been charged with maliciously destroying or damaging property and offences under the Rural Fires Act.
The boy was issued with a future service court attendance notice to appear in Orange Children's Court on March 27.
The charges come after a 13-year-old boy accused of lighting the fire pleaded not guilty in Orange Children’s Court on Monday.
The child, who cannot be named, was arrested at a home on Dalton Street on Saturday afternoon and was granted bail to appear in court on Monday where he was represented by solicitor Fahim Kahan.
He has been bailed to appear again at Orange Children’s Court on March 20 and faces three charges.
