Martin John Baker, 52, of South Street, Cudal was represented in court by solicitor Rebecca McIlveen and pleaded guilty to both charges.
About 4.30pm on Tuesday, October 30, 2016 Baker pulled his jeans and underwear to his knees exposing his genitals to a 10-year-old girl.
He flashed the same girl at 2pm on October 9, 2016.
According to a police report submitted to the court, Baker has seven prior convictions for willful exposure dating back to 1987 and has been diagnosed as having schizophrenia.
Ms McIlveen said Baker had been before the court on December 5 on the same charges when Magistrate Terry Lucas opted not do deal with the matter on mental health grounds.
“Next time you go to jail,” Mr Lucas warned Baker during the sentencing.
