Posted on the Orange and Cabonne Road Safety Facebook page, the clip has been shared 768 times and been viewed more than 83,000 times by people across NSW in the past week.
City Of Orange Traffic Committee chairman Russell Turner said the exposure was fantastic.
“The clip was prompted by the recent damp and foggy conditions, and a key message from the Orange and Cabonne Road Safety Program about encouraging drivers to leave their headlights on 24-7."
