When the NSW Administrative Decisions Tribunal met for the second time at the Orange Court House on July 2, 2013 to hear the matter concerning Kevin Duffy’s election to Orange council, he was asked by barrister Duncan Brakell numerous questions concerning his finances. 

The transcript of that hearing on page 50 asserts Mr Duffy said his wife checks the domestic accounts. Plus he never makes his own inquiries related to his own bank account.

And this is the person a majority of Orange councillors have voted in as the chair of the $90 million finance committee. 

“Houston, we have a problem”.
