Last week a number of road projects were completed.
Road rehabilitation work was completed and sealed in:
Anson Street between Melville Place and Albion Place.
Dalton Street between Peisley Street and Thomas Street
Peisley Street between Dalton Street and Ophir Street.
Council contractors have also been carrying out road safety improvements and constructing a U-turn bay on the Mitchell Highway just east of the north Orange bypass junction. Sealing of these works will be undertaken this week.
Road maintenance
ROAD patching crews responded last week to customer requests across the city and undertook programmed repairs in Taronga Avenue, Forest Road and Burrendong Way.
Paths and drainage
Council crews and contractors have completed extensions of concrete footpaths on Woodward Street and also Coronation Drive. Further footpath construction will continue on Coronation Drive in the new year.
