Mr Mueller is the owner of Pete's Car Wash but he won't be washing cars today as he is taking part in Business Clean Up Day.
Business Clean Up Day occurs in the week of Clean Up Australia Day (Sunday, March 6).
The idea of Business Clean Up Day is to give businesses an opportunity to clean up, fix up and conserve their environment, both in their own workplace and beyond.
More than 500 businesses across Australia took part in Business Clean Up Day last year.
"I think every business should get involved," Mr Mueller said.
"It's about creating more public awareness about the environment."
Mr Mueller said he and some members of his staff will be out cleaning near the train tracks up towards Dalton Street.
"We keep our premises clean but thought clean up around the area," he said.
"The rail track will be the main focus."
Helping the environment is something Pete's Car Wash has been doing every day.
Under the Australian Car Wash Association water saver rating scheme Pete's Car Wash was given five stars - the best rating given by the association - for its automatic and self-serve bays.
It means Pete's Car Wash uses a low amount of potable (drinking) water and tries to limit the amount of water used per wash.
"A greener business is a better business."
More than 6500 clean up sites around Australia have been registered for Sunday's Clean Up Australia Day.
Since the first Clean Up Australia Day in 1990, more than 200,000 tonnes of rubbish has been collected.
