Cecil, who uses the online moniker “Evil” and has been charged with hacking into the service provider Platform Networks, did not apply for bail during a brief court appearance yesterday.
His partner, who sat crying through the proceedings, was shattered when he was led away to a prison van for the second time in two days.
Handcuffed and wearing prison greens, Cecil maintained eye contact, blowing her a kiss before he was led away.
Cecil's solicitor Andrew Rolfe told magistrate Terry Lucas his client was not applying for bail yesterday but would seek bail next Wednesday.

Australian Federal Police executed a search warrant on Cecil's home in Cowra on Monday, confiscating a computer and other items, which will be used as evidence in the case against the man who has been under surveillance for six months.
The AFP has claimed his hacking activities posed a threat to the national infrastructure of the NBN.
